I'm Miss Yoga Emily, a twin mama and children's yoga teacher inspired by nature's rhythms and seasons. My creative classes blend movement, mindfulness, and the magic of the natural world. With a passion for eco-friendly crafting, I bring hands-on creativity to every session, making yoga and meditation an imaginative, mindful adventure.
